THOMAS HERMANN

Thomas Hermann is a Co-Founder and Assistant Chief Scientific Officer of Titin Labs, where he focuses on translating exercise science research into practical, evidence-based strategies for muscle growth, fat loss, and overall health.

He earned his B.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Rowan University and later completed his M.S. in Human Performance and Fitness from Lehman College. A 10x-published academic author in exercise science, Tom's research centers on hypertrophy and bridging the gap between scientific literature and real-world application.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over six years of experience, he works directly with clients to help them navigate the fitness space with clarity and confidence.
