COACHING SERVICES

Refunds do not apply to 1:1 coaching services or customized programming. These services require individualized time, analysis, and expertise from our coaching team.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (including guides, templates, downloadable resources, and educational materials) are non-refundable and considered final sale once delivered.

APP STORE PURCHASES

If any Titin Labs products or subscriptions are purchased through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be handled directly through those platforms, as they control all subscription and billing management.

APPAREL

All Titin Labs apparel is made to order, all apparel sales are final.

We only accept exchanges if:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit, or
  • You received the incorrect item.
