FRANKIE GARCIA

Frankie Garcia is the Founder and CEO of Titin Labs — a U.S. Navy veteran, technologist, and fitness enthusiast whose indomitable will created Titin Labs, an evidence-based fitness and technology company shaping the future of fitness. Guided by the principle of "Para el bien de todos" — for the good of all — Frankie's journey from warfighter to founder was forged through a path of self-exploration, trials, and transformation that ultimately equipped him with a new mental framework and a deeper purpose: contributing to humanity by making the game of life better for everyone.

He earned his B.S. in Information Systems from CUNY SPS, graduating summa cum laude, while also holding an NSCA-CPT certification, with plans to pursue his M.S. in Human Performance and Fitness at Lehman College. This unique combination of technology, exercise science, operational experience, and in-the-trenches coaching enables him to bridge the gap between evidence-based fitness and real-world practice.

Under his leadership, Titin Labs has evolved from a vision into a movement — one designed to help individuals achieve progress that is sustainable, consistent, and built to last, inside and outside the lab. Because at Titin Labs, we experiment, train, and progress — together.
